Annual General Meeting of Auchtertool Community Trust (ACT) Monday 15th September 7.30pm in the Village Hall

You are invited to join us for the AGM of the Auchtertool Community Trust (ACT) on Monday, 15th September at 7.30pm in the Village Hall. Please feel free to come along at 7.15pm for a glass of wine/soft drink before we begin the meeting at 7.30pm.

The meeting is open to all members of the Trust, and if you are not yet a member but wish to join, you can do so on the night. Membership is open to those residing in the Auchtertool area or with a particular connection to the village. If you wish to become a member please come at 7.15pm.

 The meeting will receive the Annual Report, which will provide information about annual accounts, grants and bursaries, and future plans. Members will also vote on Trustees being elected to serve on the Board in the coming year and be invited to give input into the way ahead for the Trust.

All are welcome to come along, enjoy a glass of wine or soft drink and meet fellow members of ACT while exchanging ideas on the way forward.
