Data Centre - Public Meeting Next Wednesday 3rd June

There will be a meeting hosted by Auchtertool Community Council at the above time to discuss the planning application for the Cato Data Centre and Fife Council’s decision not to request an Environmental Impact Assessment.

Specifically to understand if we would have support to launch a legal challenge in relation

to this decision, considering the cost and other pros and cons. There is a very short timescale to do this so we need to act fast.

The Community Council will share the advice they have received from Environmental

Rights Centre Scotland and also images provided by ILI which are not available on the

planning portal.
