Summer BBQ in Auchtertool

Join friends and neighbours for a Summer BBQ at Auchtertool Village Hall.

Taking place on Saturday 30th August 2025 from 2pm onwards.

Ticket are free but please reserve your ticket to help with numbers and catering.

This is going to be great family date with a bouncy castle, games, hook-a-duck, Guess the number of sweets and home bake sale.

All welcome so please mention to friends, family and neighbours. Please help spread the word about this Auchtertool Summer BBQ.

All profits raised will go to funding the Auchtertool Village Hall. The Village Hall committee is run by volunteers. If you would like to help out on the day, you will receive a warm welcome. Please email the Auchtertool Village Hall committee to get involved. Helping out is a great way to meet new people in the Village.

What happens at the Auchtertool Annual Summer BBQ?

This is sure to be a great day, we will have a bouncy castle for the kids and some fun family games.

There will be a selection of food available to buy, including, burgers, hot dogs and sausages. There will also be a tuck shop with crisps and snacks and a selection of soft drinks. For alcoholic drinks its BYOB!!

All funds raised will go directly to the hall funds, to ensure we can keep bringing you fantastic events.

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements i.e: vegetarian, gluten free and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Please reserve all ticket types including all children and adults as this will help us with catering.
